Returns Policy

We take pride in our products and our customer service, for that reason, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you would like to return your product, we do have a 14 day return policy on Non-Personalised Items.

We make returning your products easy. There are no restocking fees or hidden charges; customers will only be responsible for a flat fee of the postage cost, which would be the total cost if you wish to return your products.  However if the product is faulty or damaged the return will be free. There are no other fees if the items are returned in its original packaging with all the original items

The customer is responsible for packing it back up in the original packaging. Once this is complete, we will generate a returns label for you to drop the returns package at your local Post Office. If the items are not returned in its original packaging, there will be an additional charge applied.

Return Policy on personalised items

  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless the item is defective

Return Policy Guidelines

  • Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.

  • This applies to all orders placed in the UK or US.

  • Items must be returned with no damages to qualify for the flat free return.

To prepare returns

  • Get your Return Label:

    • Send us an email, stating that you have read our return policy to sales@pandorastreasures.co.uk and pay the appropriate return fee, a shipping label will then be emailed to you to take to your nearest Post Office
