This website offers visitors personalised items and journaling supplies. By accessing or using the website for purchase of our products, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

By completing your purchase you agree that the responsbility is on you as the buyer for claiming against lost / damaged or missing packages. Once Pandora's Treasures has provided you with a tracking number and marked the order as fulfilled Pandora's Treasures will no longer hold any responsibility in any capacity. It will be your sole responsibility as the buyer to make a claim with the delivery provider for lost / damaged or missing products. Pandora's Treasures will take no responsibility for replacing or refunding any lost / damaged or missing products. Examples of lost / damaged or missing products but, mnot limited to, could be item(s) not delivered, package(s) delivered with missing item(s), package(s) arriving empty, delivery company losing the item(s)/package(s) - this list is not exhaustive.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the website without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing.
